About Valerie Hopper

Valerie offers a variety of holistic treatments to help you relax unwind and rebalance. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher offering Reiki treatments and training from 1st-3rd degree in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method. She started her professional training in Reiki in 2004. Training includes:
First and Second Degrees in Traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki.
Advanced Reiki Training and Third Degree (Master/Teacher level (Traditional and Tibetan Reiki). The original Japenese Reiki techniques as taught by Mikao Usui.

She is also qualified in Indian Head Massage,(VTCT), Body Massage (VTCT) and has also undertaken training in Hopi Ear Candling, Hot Stone Therapy and Ayurvedic Facial Massage and Crystal Therapy and is fully insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Her approach entails listening and being aware of a person's problems, leading wherever that person needs to go for a complete healing process. Valerie has developed her own creative style of working which is particularly useful in helping people overcome areas in their life that are problematic.

Treatments are carried in a peaceful and tranquil setting near Belchford in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Home visits are also available and Indian Head & Neck Massage treatments can also be carried out in your workplace,which can be arranged so that staff can have access to regular treatments.
