Valerie Hopper MAR, MGHT, IIHHT provides a range of holistic treatments in Lincolnshire. These therapies are designed to help you relax, unwind and rebalance. All products used are high quality, natural and organic as possible and free from synthetic fragrances, colourants and mineral oil derivatives. The treatment room at Pochers Hideaway near Belchford provides a peaceful and tranquil setting, in a traffic free space, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. She also provides treatments at Newmarket Surgery in Louth and offers a mobile service to clients covering Louth, Horncastle and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Since qualifiying in a range of holistic treatments, Valerie has worked with people of varying ages and health conditions. Consultations are free and there is no obligation to have a treatment after this process. Confidentiality and privacy is of paramount importance at all times.
Valerie is now offering Maternity Reflexology for her clients, supporting them through pregnancy and the post-natal period.

She is fully qualified and insured to practice all therapies and works to standards of practice set by professional bodies. She is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Guild of Holistic Therapists.
She is a Reiki Master/Teacher offering Reiki treatments and training from 1st-3rd degree in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method
Training includes:
First and Second Degrees in Traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki.
Advanced Reiki Training and Third Degree (Master/Teacher level (Traditional and Tibetan Reiki). The original Japenese Reiki techniques as taught by Mikao Usui. All courses come complete with a comprehensive manual. She also offers ongoing support to all students after their course.
Her approach entails listening and being aware of a person's problems, leading wherever that person needs to go for a complete healing process. Valerie has developed her own creative style of working which is particularly useful in helping people overcome areas in their life that are problematic.
