Reiki Training
I teach four levels of Reiki - First Degree, Second Degree, Advanced Reiki Training and Third Degree (Master Teacher) in the Usui Shiki Ryoho and Tibetan traditions.

Training courses are divided up into four levels in the form of degrees. First Degree is an introductory level where the student can begin working with the energy on themselves and on friends and family. Each level of the course expands the student's energy channel further so the capacity to hold Ki (energy) within the body, and the ability to pass on energy to another person without depleting your own energy, is extended.

First Degree Reiki
This is a two day course and is an introductory course to Reiki. Four attunements are given and each student learns what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, Reiki principals, how Reiki heals and learns how to treat yourself with Reiki and how to use the energy on family, friends, plants and animals. Each student is given a comprehensive manual to take away.

Second Degree Reiki
Second Degree allows you to practice at a deeper level on yourself, family and friends. It includes the Second Degree attunement, how to work consciously with the energy using the three esoteric symbols, how to send a Distance Healing and knowledge and information of how to give a Reiki treatment at practitioner level - this is Reiki Two Part One. In Part 2 the student will be given advice and support as they demonstrate their proficiency in treating another person. A student will do a number of case studies and distant healings and be able to show competence in giving a Reiki treatment at a professional level, the student is then given a part 2 certificate and is able to become a Reiki practitioner. A fully comprehensive manual is included in this course.

Advanced Reiki
This level of Reiki training includes working with the Usui Shiki Ryoho Master energy. Another symbol is also learnt within this course to enhance the Reiki energy and work with the master energy on themselves and others, and also in preparation preparation for taking Third Degree (Master Teacher) level.

Reiki Masters
This course gives a thorough grounding in the subjects taught and is designed so that students feel confident in teaching others the four levels of Reiki teaching, including being able to give attunements to students. There is a fully comprehensive manual, covering all levels of Reiki, included in this course.

My commitment
Ongoing support is available for each student to enable them to learn and develop at their own pace and to build their confidence in using the Reiki energy. A relaxed and peaceful setting is provided at The Healing Feeling in Louth and training is also available in a tranquil setting with stunning views at Poachers Hideaway, near Belchford in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
